We are seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Organize and lead property inspections and client presentations. Follow up on leads, close deals, and meet assigned sales targets. Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. --- Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications is an advantage.
