- You’ll partner with business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational growth, while elevating our employer brand and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Leadership
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and design scalable recruitment strategies.
- Develop robust talent pipelines for critical roles using innovative sourcing techniques (social media, headhunting, referrals, and partnerships).
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes and decision-making.
Recruitment Excellence
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels, from mid-career to executive hires.
- Implement structured interviews and competency-based assessments to ensure quality hires.
- Leverage Human Resources tech (ATS/HRIS) to streamline workflows and enhance recruitment metrics.
Employer Branding & Inclusion
- Amplify VFD Group’s employer brand through digital platforms, campus engagements, and industry events.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a workforce that reflects our communities.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in multi-entity or group settings, with a track record in senior-level hiring.
- A Master’s Degree or Human Resources certifications (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are a plus.

- Expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and HR analytics.
