Alert Group consists of two subsidiaries: Alert Microfinance Bank (MFB), a profitable deposit-taking MFB operating in Lagos, and Auto Bucks, a non-deposit taking MFI focused on SME lending launching soon. The group aims to empower Micro and SME entrepreneurs across Nigeria through tailor-made financial services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Lagos. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective decision-making and leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Management, and Decision-making skills
• can work/lives in Ajah
• currently a Supervisor in an MFB
• Financial Management and Budgeting skills
• Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
• Sales and Marketing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
