Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Lounge Manager based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Lounge Manager will oversee the daily operations of the lounge, manage staff, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure the lounge meets financial goals. The role requires coordinating lounge operations, managing inventory, and maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the lounge. Additionally, the Lounge Manager will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, training staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
