We are hiring on behalf of our client in the Luxury Home and Lifestyle business located in Lekki, Lagos.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Assistant. The Architectural Assistant will be responsible for supporting architectural projects, which include creating technical drawings, developing architectural designs, and generating detailed architectural blueprints. The role involves preparing presentations, collaborating with team members, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure the accurate translation of design briefs into feasible architectural plans.

Qualifications

• Technical Drawing and Architectural Drawing skills
• Proficiency in Architecture principles and practices
• Strong Communication skills and ability to prepare Presentations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
Experience with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD is a plus
