Job Summary:
I am seeking an enthusiastic personal assistant to initially help me carry out the necessary administrative tasks related to establishing the corporate entity in Nigeria. Showing a very high level of personal communication effectiveness both in English and in Yoruba, your main focus at the beginning is to assist with executive personal errands and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. You must possess or are able to rapidly learn detailed knowledge of local culture, laws and regulations.

3. Compensation: Starts at NGN 200,000 per month Basic Salary + Negotiable Quarterly Bonus. + Company Equity.
4. Earning Potential: Year 1 OTE : NGN 3,000,000; Year 2 OTE : NGN 4,000,000 + Equity.

Overview
I am seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join me as my Executive Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the individual you are assisting.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Prepare documents and presentations as needed, ensuring high-quality output.
Liaise with other staff members or external contacts to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a personal assistant or similar role is preferred.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
