Overview:
Elevet Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant / Inventory Officer to manage financial records, track expenditures, and oversee inventory processes across projects and internal operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, reliable, and highly organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, receipts, and ledgers
Prepare invoices, process payments, and track receivables/payables
Monitor and reconcile all company accounts and budgets
Record and track inventory across departments and client deliverables
Provide weekly/monthly financial and inventory reports
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Support audits and provide financial data as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or inventory management
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Degree or certification in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proximity to the island is very important
