About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Design Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, from concept to completion, while ensuring projects meet client requirements, timelines, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to determine design needs, preferences, and project objectives.
Develop detailed design concepts, drawings, layouts, and 3D renderings.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor.
Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Work closely with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure quality execution.
Conduct site visits and provide guidance to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Research and apply industry trends, innovations, and sustainable design practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Interior Design Architect or Interior Designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
