Vacancy – Project Architect
A renowned architecture firm in Victoria Island is in urgent need of a Project Architect to join its dynamic team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a Project Architect in an architectural or construction firm.
- Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, construction processes, and architectural standards.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead design and site teams.
- Must reside within Lagos Island for proximity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and manage architectural designs from concept through completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications for construction.
- Oversee site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and timelines.
- Present and communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety, legal, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
Salary: ₦300,000 net monthly.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos.
Mode of Work: Onsite (Monday – Friday).
