JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming concepts, sketches, and technical drawings into high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs. This role requires a strong eye for design, technical expertise in 3D software, and the ability to bring ideas to life through visual storytelling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings, visualizations, and animations for [architecture/interior design/products/advertising/etc.].
- Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to interpret concepts and produce high-quality visual outputs.
- Develop 3D models from CAD drawings, sketches, or other design inputs.
- Produce VR presentations, walkthroughs, and flythrough animations when required.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all visual outputs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and rendering techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software, and new visualization techniques.
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Multimedia, 3D Animation, or related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Rhino, Cinema 4D, Maya, or equivalent.
- Strong rendering skills with engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-production.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, shading, texturing, and material creation.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
