Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Supervising and managing team members across various functions.
- Coordinating work schedules, including alternating day and night shifts.
- Resolving escalated issues and providing guidance to team members.
- Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Developing and implementing creative methods to automate workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Preparing and managing reports using Microsoft Excel and Office tools. Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
