Role summary
Our client, a leading retail chain brand with an established furniture and lifestyle division is looking for a dynamic Furniture Sales Manager to join its showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve set targets.
· Deliver top-class customer experience with tailored interior solutions.
· Manage showroom display, visual merchandising, and sales team performance.
· Track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years retail sales experience (furniture/interior sales strongly preferred).
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Passion for interiors, design, and customer engagement.
· A degree/diploma in Interior Decoration or related field is a must.
