About the Role
Metricoid Technology Solutions is currently seeking a results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts in international markets. This role is focused on sourcing and qualifying leads in the USA and EU regions, specifically for our custom software development services.
You’ll play a key part in expanding our global client base by identifying new business opportunities and initiating early-stage conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify potential clients across target international markets
- Initiate contact and engage with prospects to understand their business needs
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the sales team
- Track and manage lead activity in a structured system or CRM
- Work toward and consistently achieve monthly lead generation goals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT, SaaS, or tech services)
- Familiarity with outbound strategies for global audiences, especially in North America and Europe
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage your time, and stay organized in a remote work environment
- Experience with CRM platforms and outreach tools is an advantage
