Lead our academic vision & school-wide transformation
✅ Must-haves:
- Master’s in Education + B.Ed/PGDE/TRCN
- Proven leadership in school improvement (Nigerian/international curricula: IGCSE, IB, British)
- Track record of boosting academic results
(Leadership certs like NPQH/Cambridge PDQ: bonus!)
2. School Principal (₦150K, negotiable)
Own curriculum, accreditation & daily excellence
✅ Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s in Education + TRCN registration
- 2–4 yrs leadership (Vice Principal/HOD/Academic Coordinator)
- Hands-on curriculum development & teaching experience
3. Teachers (All roles: TRCN + 2–3 yrs experience)
- Junior Secondary/Primary: ₦100K–₦150K (B.Ed/NCE/B.Sc + teaching certs)
- Pre-School: ₦80K–₦100K (NCE/B.Ed/TRCN required)
