Position: Professional Beader
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Professional Beader to join our team. As a Professional Beader, you will be responsible for creating unique and high-quality beadwork for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to design and produce beautiful beadwork that meets their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create beadwork such as jewelry, accessories, and home decor items
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop new and innovative designs to meet market trends and demand
• Source and select high-quality materials for beadwork production
• Use various beading techniques and tools to produce high-quality work
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Ensure timely completion of projects and meet client deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
• Participate in craft shows and exhibitions to showcase and sell beadwork
Train and mentor junior beaders as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a professional beader
• Strong knowledge of different beading techniques and tools
• Creative and artistic with an eye for detail
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.

Contract Details:
This is a full-time position, with working days from Monday to Saturday. The salary for this position is very attractive and includes commission based on sales.
