Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Generiss Academy, you will be responsible for recruiting paying students for our courses. You will leverage your passion for education, proficiency with social media, and ability to follow up on leads , work in an online environment to attract and enroll students. Your efforts will directly contribute to their professional development and our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Identify and recruit prospective students for Generiss Academy's IT courses.
- Lead Generation: Utilize social media, online forums, and other digital channels to generate leads.
- Engagement: Engage with potential students to understand their needs and promote our courses as solutions.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to convert them into paying students.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping individuals enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms to engage with potential students.
