Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Define a monthly media plan for assigned brands.
- Execute the approved media plan in alignment with each brand.
- Analyze channel-level performance and optimize intra-month.
- Report results and build brand-by-brand recommendations for upcoming months.
- Build relationships with local JBP brand teams, AdOps, and marketing teams. Support key strategic sellers under local JBPs when bandwidth permits.

Requirements
- 6–8 years’ experience managing online marketing campaigns (multi-channel), comfortable with marketing KPIs and campaign budgets.
- Growth-hacker mindset.
- Enjoy working with large datasets from multiple sources; strong data-crunching ability.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Good level of English. Sensitivity to brand DNA is a plus.
