Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Maintain office records and filing systems.
- Operate office equipment including photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support basic bookkeeping, petty cash, and supplies management. Keep the reception and office area neat, organised, and presentable.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general computer use.
- Ability to handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks efficiently.
- Courteous, organised, and able to communicate professionally.
- Lives in Gwarimpa or nearby environs. Well-groomed and presentable with a warm, welcoming personality.
