Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company including project execution, procurement, and logistics.
• Provide strategic leadership and manage the performance of all departments (engineering, architecture, admin, finance, etc.).
• Monitor ongoing construction projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead tendering, bidding, and negotiation processes for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise site engineers, architects, and administrative staff.
• Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and operational performance reviews.
Foster a positive company culture and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the construction or real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong business acumen and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient in construction software and tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, Revit, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
