Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a capable and well-presented Secretary to support daily office operations. This role combines front-desk reception, administrative support, and office coordination, offering an excellent opportunity to grow in a professional setting.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain office records and filing systems.
  • Operate office equipment including photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support basic bookkeeping, petty cash, and supplies management.
  • Keep the reception and office area neat, organised, and presentable.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general computer use.
  • Ability to handle photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks efficiently.
  • Courteous, organised, and able to communicate professionally.
  • Lives in Gwarimpa or nearby environs.
  • Well-groomed and presentable with a warm, welcoming personality.
