Job Description/Requirements
Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to develop and scale the backend systems that power SocialAI Pro. You’ll be responsible for architecting high-performance APIs, real-time features, and AI integrations for a platform serving thousands of users in the social media and e-commerce automation space.
Core Technologies
- Node.js, Express 5, TypeScript
- Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL/MySQL
- AWS (S3, Secrets Manager, KMS)
- WebSockets (Socket.io)
- Message queues (Bull, Redis, Kafka)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for the platform.
- Design and maintain microservices architecture .
- Implement real-time features using WebSockets.
- Integrate AI models and agents (OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow.js).
- Build and maintain message queuing systems for background processing.
- Optimize database queries and migrations .
- Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
- Ensure security best practices , encryption, and compliance (GDPR).
- Maintain DevOps pipelines with Docker, PM2, CI/CD.
- Collaborate with frontend and AI engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript .
- Experience with scalable SaaS platforms .
- Proven ability to work with real-time and high-traffic systems .
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in backend workflows.
Nice to Have:
- AWS certifications or equivalent cloud expertise.
- Familiarity with container orchestration. Experience with performance monitoring tools (Sentry, OpenTelemetry).
