Job Summary

Oversees reception, visitor management, and facilities coordination for the new headquarters in Port Harcourt. Manages vendors, office allocation, repairs, and utilities while maintaining a premium corporate image. Ensures smooth daily operations and a responsive, brand-aligned administrative culture. The Facilities/Front Desk Lead ensures the seamless operation of front-of-house services and facility management at the new headquarters.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising reception, managing vendors, coordinating repairs and utilities,
  • Upholding brand standards to deliver a professional, efficient, and welcoming corporate environment for staff, clients, and visitors.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Applied Sciences or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management or facilities coordination
