About the Opportunity


RightPay Africa, a fast-growing SaaS company under RightShore Africa, is seeking independent sales specialists (individuals or companies) to promote and sell RightFleet Manager —our powerful, cloud-based Fleet and Logistics Management Software Solution .

This role is ideal for driven, commission-focused professionals and sales consulting firms passionate about logistics technology, fleet efficiency, and digital transformation across Africa and beyond.


About RightFleet Manager


RightFleet Manager is a scalable software solution tailored for fleet owners, logistics providers, and transportation departments. The platform empowers users to:

  • Track vehicles in real time
  • Monitor driver behaviour
  • Automate dispatch and work orders
  • Ensure compliance and maintenance scheduling
  • Analyze fleet performance with actionable insights

Our mission is to revolutionize fleet operations and logistics efficiency with intuitive, smart tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close sales deals with logistics companies, fleet operators, delivery services, and SMEs
  • Demonstrate product value via presentations, demos, or digital channels
  • Build and manage your pipeline independently
  • Report sales progress and customer feedback to the internal team
  • Collaborate with RightPay for ongoing product knowledge and sales support

  • Existing portfolio or client network in relevant industries is a strong advantage
