Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee product listings and stock updates.
- Process orders and support fulfillment.
- Respond to inquiries and assist customers.
- Manage e-commerce platform operations.
- Run product promotions and analyze sales data. Upsell and cross-sell based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, GIS, or related field.
- 3+ years in e-commerce or technical sales.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify or Zoho.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Understanding of geospatial products (Very important).
