JOB DESCRIPTION
- Oversee building projects, renovations, and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct and document regular facility inspection.
- Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Develop and manage facility budgets effectively.
- Prepare periodic facility reports and ensure timely maintenance.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and facilities staff.
- Monitor and improve the performance of facility operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Facilities Manager.
- HND or B.Eng. in any Engineering course or a related field.
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in facility budget planning and management.
- Strong verbal written and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
