Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to manage and grow our business within Kano and the Northern region . The role involves promoting our medical equipment portfolio, engaging healthcare providers, and ensuring consistent sales performance in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within Kano and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical consultations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure smooth product installations and after-sales service.
• Keep accurate records of customer data, update CRM systems, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and healthcare networking events.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or related Sciences.
• Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; 1-2 years sales/marketing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kano.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Valid drivers license preferred.
Prior knowledge of medical or laboratory equipment will be an added advantage.
