- We are looking for a dedicated Supermarket Floor Supervisor to manage daily operations on the sales floor and develop strategies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the supermarket floor, ensuring a high standard of customer service and product availability.
- Supervise and train staff, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Champion initiatives to enhance the shopping experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and store policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies that align with overall goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Degree in Retail Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or supermarket operations, ideally in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
