Job Description/Requirements
Do you have a bubbly personality? Are you outgoing and dynamic? You may already be a champion in sales offering an exceptional customer experience or you are simply passionate about design, furniture. Then we want to hear from you. We are BoConcept - a leading modern furniture and interior design brand in Lagos, Nigeria.
You will be part of a dynamic team and your responsibilities include:
- Guide and advice customers visiting the showrooms
- Develop quotations and assist with 2D/3D design models based on customer provided plans or home/office visits
- Successfully close sales opportunities and leads through a highly client focused and service oriented process
- Identify and approach new customers through innovative efforts Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years' of sales or customer service experience ideally in the service, furniture, design, or creatives industry.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft office tools, notably Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Demonstrable sales track record from previous employment. Visual Merchandise experience an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about personal growth and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction Strong work ethic, flexibility, good humor and a can-do attitude will make the ideal candidate.
Remuneration
The position is incentive driven with a guaranteed base salary supplemented with a commission.
