Excelsia Health is a growing healthcare brand focused on providing quality home and elderly care services. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Executive who understands how to connect with the right people and bring in paying clients.
Role Summary:
As our Sales Executive, your core responsibility is simple: get us clients. You’ll identify, approach, and convert leads—especially individuals and families looking for elderly care services in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for home and elderly care services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them to paying customers.
- Reach out to target markets through calls, visits, and online platforms.
- Track client feedback and report market insights to the team.
- Meet monthly client acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in sales (experience in healthcare is a bonus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working remotely and meeting targets independently.
Compensation:
- Modest monthly stipend (negotiable)
- Commission on every client brought in
