We are BoConcept - a leading modern furniture and interior design brand in Lagos, Nigeria.

You will be part of a dynamic team and your responsibilities include:

• Guide and advice customers visiting the showrooms
• Develop quotations and assist with 2D/3D design models based on customer provided plans or home/office visits
• Successfully close sales opportunities and leads through a highly client focused and service oriented process
• Identify and approach new customers through innovative efforts
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' of sales or customer service experience ideally in the service, furniture, design, or creatives industry.
• Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft office tools, notably Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Demonstrable sales track record from previous employment. Visual Merchandise experience an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about personal growth and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction
