Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Onitsha. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information and recommendations, and closing sales. The role involves maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, managing product inventory, and staying updated on product knowledge. Additional responsibilities may include processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to team sales goals.

• Inventory Management and Organizational skills
• Product Knowledge and Active Learning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
