Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sales Associate located in Lagos. The Junior Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day tasks, including prospecting new clients, managing customer relationships, and providing support in sales presentations and meetings. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify sales opportunities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an advantage
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
