Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities. Daily tasks include prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting and selling the firm's services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in financial services, accounting, or consulting is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
