The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient processes, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with innovative ideas to drive sales, reduce costs, and manage people effectively across various restaurant functions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness across all units. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory efficiently.

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to increase sales and customer footfall.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Execute local marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Cost Management
- Implement creative cost-control measures to optimize food, labour, and overhead costs. Monitor expenses and ensure budget compliance without compromising quality.

People Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and productivity.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operations. Use reporting insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of of 3 years of experience is required
- HND in any field of study
