Restaurant Manager
Crystal Shield Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Restaurant Manager to drive growth and oversee operations at our restaurant.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building strong relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Restaurant Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and expenses.
- Resolve customer complaints and address operational issues.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
