Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Restaurant Store Manager, based on-site in Owerri. The Restaurant Store Manager will manage daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring the store meets sales and performance goals. Additionally, the Restaurant Store Manager will handle customer complaints, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Store Management experience
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the restaurant or retail industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
