Our client, a reputable fashion brand in Ikeja, Lagos, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer / Receptionist to join their team.
Location: Allen, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Monday - Saturday
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, delivering exceptional service while efficiently managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, assist and respond to inquiries.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and manage appointments or reservations.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a fashion environment is an added advantage.
