Royal Farms is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Plantation Officer to oversee the health, growth, and productivity of both our palm plantation and livestock units. The ideal candidate will apply scientific and technical knowledge to enhance agricultural output, promote sustainable practices, and ensure efficient farm management

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the growth cycle of palm trees and recommend appropriate agronomic practices
- Manage soil fertility, pest control, and weed management for optimal yield
- Supervise harvesting, processing, and storage of palm fruits/oil Conduct research and field trials to improve plantation productivity.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with plantation care, soil science, and crop protection
- At least 2 years of experience
- Minimum of OND
