Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- (An MBA or additional certifications in safety, plant operations, or project management is an added advantage.)
- Minimum of 7–10 years experience in LPG plant operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of LPG bottling, distribution, and storage operations, including HSE regulations and procedures.
- Proven experience managing a team of plant technicians, operators, and safety officers.
- Sound understanding of NMDPRA (formerly DPR) regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly under pressure.
- Proficiency in using plant management software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies when necessary.
