The ideal candidate will apply scientific and technical knowledge to enhance agricultural output, promote sustainable practices, and ensure efficient farm management

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the growth cycle of palm trees and recommend appropriate agronomic practices
- Manage soil fertility, pest control, and weed management for optimal yield
- Supervise harvesting, processing, and storage of palm fruits/oil Conduct research and field trials to improve plantation productivity.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with plantation care, soil science, and crop protection
- At least 2 years of experience
- Minimum of OND
