Personal Assistant (PA) provides comprehensive administrative, clerical, and organizational support to an individual, often an executive or manager. Their responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and providing general administrative assistance to free up their employer's

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and managing the employer's overall schedule.
  • Booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Handling emails, letters, and other forms of communication, including drafting and proofreading correspondence.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and digital, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Conducting research on various topics as needed by the employer.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of events, both personal and professional.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the employer, managing inquiries and screening calls.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts on behalf of the employer.
  • Possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and manage correspondence.
  • Running errands as requested, such as picking up dry cleaning, purchasing supplies, or handling personal tasks.
  • Assisting with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, coordinating with team members, and preparing progress reports.
  • Maintaining databases, entering data, and keeping records up-to-date.
  • Providing other forms of support as needed by the employer, which may vary depending on the industry and the employer's specific needs.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • OND in any field of study
