Our client in Lekki is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the MD. The ideal candidate will not only handle traditional PA duties but must also be creative, and experienced in managing social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and correspondence.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging social media content using Canva and other design tools.
- Monitor analytics and trends to optimize content performance.
- Support in planning events, campaigns, and other business activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be social-media savvy with experience in content creation and posting.
- Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quickly.
