Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell the company’s real estate products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Recruit, mentor, and train a team of realtors for growth and performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Represent the company at events, client meetings, and property inspections.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining professional standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the team to achieve set objectives.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate.
- Strong client base and network in the industry.
- Excellent client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to recruit and manage a team effectively.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about real estate.
- Must reside on or close to the Island for ease of work.
