Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring prompt responses where necessary.
- Maintain effective filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of information.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in personal errands and tasks as required.
- Support project management by tracking deadlines and following up on deliverables.
- Perform general administrative duties such as expense tracking, office supplies coordination, and record keeping.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree / HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field (OND with strong experience may be considered).
- 2–5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience.
