Job Summary
The IT & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, digital platforms, and online presence. This role combines technical expertise with creative social media strategy to ensure smooth IT operations, while also driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities Information Technology (IT):
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the company’s IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Ensure data security, backup, and protection of company’s digital assets.
- Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is updated, optimized, and functional at all times.
- Provide IT support to staff for technical issues and training when necessary.
- Collaborate with vendors for IT tools, software, and system upgrades.
- Ensure smooth integration of CRM, digital marketing tools, and internal communication platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and attract property buyers/investors.
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
- Manage ad campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize for ROI.
- Respond to followers, inquiries, and engage with the online community to build trust.
- Stay updated with social media and real estate marketing trends.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, web management.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, CorelDraw) and video editing software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask between IT support and creative digital marketing roles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate or property-related marketing.
- SEO and website optimization knowledge.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and make strategic decisions.
- Creativity with content creation and storytelling.
