Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer – Children’s Publishing

Their mission is to make learning engaging and accessible through creative storytelling and carefully developed educational resources. They are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to help grow their reach and strengthen their impact, particularly within schools and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote children’s books and educational resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, libraries, bookstores, and other educational partners.
• Conduct outreach to schools, presenting our books as valuable teaching and learning resources.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the education sector.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to boost visibility and sales.
• Represent the company at book fairs, educational exhibitions, and networking events.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within publishing, education, or related industries.
• Strong background in marketing educational resources to schools or similar institutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging marketing campaigns.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
