Job Position: Quality Control Assistant
Job Location: Ibadan - Oyo / Kaduna / Kano
Purpose
- The Quality Control Assistant supports the production team by ensuring that products meet established quality standards.
- This role involves daily inspection of materials and nearly finished goods, monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
The Job
- Analyze samples of nearly finished products daily to confirm adherence to durability, safety, and specification standards before final production.
- Conduct routine testing and evaluation of materials, components, and environmental factors used during production to verify quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer complaints or internal issues related to product quality by reviewing the entire production process.
- Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and findings in designated logs and quality control systems.
- Verify that all products and processes meet relevant local and industry-specific regulatory standards at all production stages.
- Periodically review and recommend updates to quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce production disruptions.
Qualifications / Experience
- 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
- Minimum of two years' experience Preferably in a manufacturing setting.

- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be adaptable and proactive in suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Possess teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and industry standards.
