We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow, maintain office supplies and equipment, manage administrative staff, and support other departments as needed. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize office layout and maintain office condition (e.g., equipment, supplies, cleanliness).
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to improve performance.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, packages).
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and IT coordination.
- Ensure office policies are followed and updated as needed. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness for office-related expenses.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
