Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow, maintain office supplies and equipment, manage administrative staff, and support other departments as needed. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Organize office layout and maintain office condition (e.g., equipment, supplies, cleanliness).
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to improve performance.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, packages).
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, including workspace setup and IT coordination.
  • Ensure office policies are followed and updated as needed.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness for office-related expenses.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience is required
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
