Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage correspondence — receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access tags.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.
Qualifications
- OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
- 1–3 years proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Must be organized, punctual, and customer-focused.
